What you’ll do:
- Identify and secure new brand and business partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing sponsorship accounts.
- Develop tailored proposals and close impactful deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill sponsor deliverables.
- Maintain strong communication with partners throughout the festival lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–6 years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or B2B development (events/media/entertainment preferred).
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- A solid network of industry contacts is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven.
