Junior Graphic Designer (Finalizer)

Role Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer (Finalizer) supports the Creative Team in preparing approved designs for print and physical production. The role is highly detail-oriented and focused on ensuring artwork is accurately adapted, formatted, checked, and delivered according to production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize approved artwork for printed and physical festival materials, including invitations, programs, brochures, posters, flyers, tickets, badges, certificates, stationery, signage, banners, and branded materials.
  • Adapt existing designs into different sizes, formats, and applications while maintaining the approved visual identity.
  • Prepare files for print according to required dimensions, bleed, resolution, color mode, margins, and file formats.
  • Conduct detailed checks for typography, spelling, alignment, logos, images, colors, sponsor branding, and other artwork elements.
  • Assist with preparing files for different printing and production methods, including digital, offset, and large-format printing.
  • Make corrections and revisions based on feedback from senior designers and the Creative Team.
  • Prepare artwork files and packages for printers, suppliers, and production partners.
  • Assist with reviewing proofs and samples and flag any inconsistencies or production issues.
  • Maintain well-organized working files, artwork versions, and final production files.
  • Follow the festival’s brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all printed materials.
  • Support the design team with last-minute artwork changes and production requirements, particularly during the lead-up to the festival.
  • Work efficiently across multiple assignments while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, artwork finalization, or print production.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Basic understanding of prepress and print production requirements.
  • Familiarity with CMYK, Pantone, bleed, crop marks, resolution, and print-ready file preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to check work thoroughly.
  • Good organizational and file-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience with events, festivals, advertising, hospitality, or entertainment is an advantage.
